Directions for application:
Ensure the skin around the joint is clean and thoroughly dried.
Dispense a small quantity of the ointment (approximately the size of a pea).
Gently massage the ointment into the skin for 30 to 60 seconds until completely absorbed.
Apply this 2 to 3 times daily — in the morning, throughout the day, and prior to sleep.
Recommended duration: minimum of 14 days for preventive use, and between 28 to 42 days for chronic discomfort.
Contraindications: allergic reactions to any ingredients, presence of open wounds, pregnancy (up to 12 weeks, use only with a doctor’s approval).
